- Transactions and information shared between the client will remain confidential and will not be shared to any third-party outsiders under any circumstances.- All payments should be done through PayPal only for foreigners (For PH locals, payment through GCash is much preferred).- A down payment of half the price (depending the package) must be paid before I start working on your commission, paying full up front is also acceptable.- If I find the commission to be outside my range of capability, I have the rights to refuse your commission.- You cannot cancel your commission once I’ve already finished 50% of your BGM- Your BGM will be sent through Either Google Drive or Email via “.wav” file (upon request)

- It will take me around 2 weeks at most to finish your BGM (I will send updates about your BGM once progress has been made)- Please provide reference song(s) for your commission as this will give me a general idea of what you want for your BGM.- I will allow a maximum of 3 reworks/revisions for your BGM (After 3 revisions,the following revisions will result to extra charges)- By default, I reserve the right to stream and/or post progress of work on the BGM commissions. Please inform and negotiate with me in advance before I start on your commission if you would like me to add it to my public portfolio on a later date.- Violating any of the items listed in this Terms of Service shall render the service invalid.
